Russia House, a 5 room townhouse and Silver Building that has 23 separate rooms are the first two student housing projects undertaken by CCD in August 2009. Both buildings are thoroughly renovated and designed with brand new and modern furniture.
Falcon Building is another building renovated in 2010. The building has 2 studios designed to accommodate single guests and 4 other small apartments designed to accommodate 2 guests in different rooms.
Hygiene, safety, simple but functional design and easy access to hi-tech equipment were the three primary principles upheld while designing both living spaces.
CCD is currently working on acquiring and developing additional properties with multiple rooms in different locations in Istanbul including Galata, Tunel, Tarlabasi, Taksim, Gumussuyu, Besiktas, Sisli and Kadikoy.
